How it works
From telling Lefty what's going on to him actually delivering it — here's the whole process, start to finish.
1. Tell Lefty what's going on
Pick a service — text, voice message, video, phone call or video call — and fill in the details: who it's for, how you know them, what's happened, and what you need said. You'll also choose a tone (gentle, playful, or savage) and when you'd like it delivered.
2. Lefty reviews it
Every request is checked by a real person before it's accepted. Clearly fine requests are accepted straight away. Anything unclear or sensitive goes to a closer look before a decision is made. Anything that crosses a line — threats, harassment, fraud, and the like — is refused outright, and nothing is ever charged for a refused request.
3. You pay once he says yes
If your request is accepted, you'll get notified and have a short window to pay. Nothing is charged before that point. If the payment window lapses, the request simply expires — no booking, no charge.
4. Lefty delivers it
For live formats (phone or video call), your slot is locked into Lefty's calendar the moment you pay. For text, voice message, or video, Lefty prepares and delivers it by your requested time. Delivery is always attempted in good faith — but if the recipient genuinely can't be reached, that's outside anyone's control, and it's covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
5. Afterwards
You can leave a review, and — only if everyone involved agrees — a reaction or clip can be shared. By default, everything from your request stays private.
