Lefty

Frequently asked questions

When do I actually get charged?

Only after your request is reviewed and accepted. If it's refused, you're never charged. If it's accepted, you'll have a short window to pay before the offer expires.

What if the recipient doesn't answer?

Lefty makes a genuine, documented attempt at delivery. If the recipient genuinely can't be reached, you're offered a re-attempt or a refund — see the Terms page for the detail.

Will the recipient know I booked Lefty?

Yes — Lefty always identifies that he's delivering a message on your behalf; the service isn't designed for impersonation or deception.

Can I stay anonymous?

You can ask for your name to be withheld from the recipient. Your account details are still known to us for booking and safety purposes.

Is the call recorded?

Not by default. Recording only ever happens with the recipient's clear, logged consent, in line with Australian recording-consent laws.

What can't Lefty deliver?

Anything involving threats, harassment, fraud, sexual content, or repeated unwanted contact. See the Safety page for the full list.

Can the recipient ask not to be contacted again?

Yes, and it's enforced across the whole platform, not just for one booking.
